The IEA was founded on the principle that any middle school or high school student should be able to participate in horse shows, regardless of their financial status or riding level. IEA utilizes a unique draw-based team competition format whereby riders are not required to own their own horse or riding tack to participate – providing greater affordability and access to the sport.
Our IEA team provides riders with the opportunity to grow as equestrians in a supportive, team-centered environment. Riders of varying experience levels develop strong riding fundamentals, horsemanship skills, and sportsmanship while competing in the IEA program. Our focus is on confidence, responsibility, and teamwork—both in and out of the saddle.

Meet the people who bring our polo program to life.
